Momdo365 provides an automated content publishing service that posts Korean-language ASMR and sleep content to TikTok on behalf of authorized account holders.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age and have a valid TikTok account to use this service. By using this service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. TikTok Account Authorization

By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize Momdo365 to:

• Access your basic TikTok profile information (display name, avatar)
• Upload and publish video content to your TikTok account on your behalf

You may revoke this authorization at any time through TikTok's app permissions settings.

4. Content Policy

All content published through our service complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. We publish only original content including:

• ASMR audio and video content
• Sleep and relaxation sounds
• Licensed or royalty-free background music

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our service to publish content that:

• Violates TikTok's Community Guidelines
• Infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Contains spam, misleading, or deceptive content

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Momdo365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
